
Add gaming elements to non-games
Competitive play is one of the best ways to engage users and often it’s the only way to attract attention of the gaming generation. In 2017, Workinman’s creative team gamified Cisco Live! with a geolocation scavenger hunt for IT professionals, encouraging attendees to team up and compete by exploring the show floor and attend various talks for points.
Turning existing games up a notch
Gamer’s tastes have grown a more complex over the years, and games need to have a robust progression and reward system to keep players interested. We excel at working out these structures and retrofitting them to existing games and ideas (especially for those Flash game conversions). From creating unlockable look crate systems to designing more rewarding win screens, our goal is to add in a modern progression-loop that keeps players hooked and having fun.
