Add gaming elements to non-games
Competitive play is one of the best ways to engage users and often it’s the only way to attract attention of the gaming generation. In 2017, Workinman’s creative team gamified Cisco Live!, a series of educational conferences for IT professionals, encouraging attendees to team up and compete by exploring the show floor and attend various talks for points.
Turning existing games up a notch
Gamer’s tastes have grown a more complex over the years, and games need to have a robust progression and reward system to keep players interested. We excel at working out these structures and retrofitting them to existing games and ideas (especially for those Flash game conversions). From creating unlockable look crate systems to designing more rewarding win screens, our goal is to add in a modern progression-loop that keeps players hooked and having fun.
These are just some of the methodologies we use to turn tasks into fun games.
Deep, but easy-to-follow, player progression.
Unlockable content that feeds into the progression system.
Offer new content & new ways to complete objectives as players advance.
Beautiful art & animations that are a joy to watch.
Levels & gameplay objectives that are naturally rewarding to complete.
Throw in a little more risk to get that extra reward.
